End of Silence
Artwork

This competent if unoriginal debut album from this Nashville modern rock quintet, treads reasonably tried and tested ground frequented by the likes of Trust Company, Linkin Park, Falling Up and half of the Wind-Up records modern rock roster. However, although by no means groundbreaking ‘End of Silence’ nevertheless has some outstanding moments and an admirable degree of consistency as a whole.‘Breathe into Me’ is as good as anything on the last Trust Company album, whilst ‘Let Go’ echoes a more orchestral Edgewater. The piano lead ‘Already Over’ with its close knit harmony vocals subtly apes Linkin Park and together with the nu metal standards of ‘Wasting Time and ‘Gave it all Away’ complete an album which although derivative is nonetheless worthy of attention.
