Tom DeLonge hasn’t struggled since his post-Blink-182 days. DeLonge recently received The OpenMinds.tv 2017 UFO Researcher of the Year Award.

His former bandmates and Matt Skiba may have had an awesome 2017 as Blink-182, especially with the deluxe version of “California” just coming out this past week. But Tom DeLonge hasn’t struggled since his post-Blink-182 days either. He’s written and co-written books and now he’s won an award for UFO Researcher of the Year. DeLonge recently received The OpenMinds.tv 2017 UFO Researcher of the Year Award at the 2017 International UFO Congress. DeLonge wasn’t at the ceremony but he did deliver an acceptance speech on video with an address teasing his upcoming work in the field. Since leaving Blink a couple of years ago, DeLonge has launched a multimedia company called To The Stars. Next week he’ll release the first book in a series of three detailing his research on UFOs called Sekret Machines: Gods: Volume 1 of Gods Man & War.
