The Indie Song of the Day comes from Australian act The Chesterfield Band. The band features vocalist Tess, her father – guitarist CC Hall – in addition to Dylan Harding (drums) and Craig Marshalsey (bass). The band played over 100 shows in 2018 and they’re set to hit the road and travel throughout Australia this year in addition to playing in Europe in June and July. When listening through to The Chesterfield Band, it’s Tess that immediately steals the show. The musicianship is tremendous for the band, but the voice of Tess is the smoothest thing that I’ve heard in music in a long time. She a voice that will immediately make you fall over.
