Who Are They?
Angie Aparo is a singer/songwriter who first appeared as part of a band called Angie's Hope in the early 90's before debuting as a solo artist in 1996 with his album Out Of the Everywhere.

In 1999, Aparo returned with his album The American, which was produced by Grammy-winning producer Matt Serletic.  The album featured the single "Spaceship" and launched a tour opening for Matchbox Twenty prior to the release of their album Mad Season, an album that Aparo contributed vocals on.

Aparo would release two additional albums, Weapon of Mass Construction, a CD of cover songs taken from varying artists, and For Stars and Moon independently.

Height of Popularity
Aparo is likely best know in the mainstream for his song "Cry" which was featured on his album The American, but was made popular by country singer Faith Hill.  The song, which was virtually unchanged in Hill's version, was a number one hit on radio in 2002.

Where Are They Now?
Aparo is rumored to be working on a new album with his long time drummer Derek Murphy.  The album will reportedly be produced by Tim McGraw.
