All Time Low’s “So Wrong, It’s Right” is basically pop-punk by the book, but who minds when it’s this fun? There are tons of these types of bands out right now, but all of them have classes that they’re separated on, and in that standard you’d have to say “So Wrong, It’s Right” is in the higher class of pop-punk bands.Their songs are a lot of fun to listen to; especially the risqué tracks. You’ve heard of tongue in cheek humor- All Time Low doesn’t have that. They’re a little more brunt about things, check out “Holly” off of this album and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Again, this is pop-punk by the book- dude choruses, lyrical content, guest vocals- everything. Alex Gaskarth’s vocals are pretty much THE standard for pop-punk these days, but he does a good job at what he does. Hey, he’s better than Boys Like Girls’s Martin Johnson. If you’re into the genre, check this out it’s band that not everybody knows about, and they make some good music. If you’re not into the genre, you’re not going to hear anything here that you haven’t heard before.
