Steven Baggs moving from his solo work to form The Constant with his cronies is old news… Well, it’s old news now that the band has had their second release as a band. With that said, the five songs on the “Let’s Go Analog EP” are fantastic. Really. Baggs' vocals are always going to stand out, although he’s toned down the ‘Baggsy Growl’ it’s his range and stellar voice that stand out. But Baggs voice isn’t the only thing that makes this EP stand out. The drum work, the guitar work, and the bass work on this album are ridiculously good for self-recorded independent album. I realize the era we live at where we can see independent bands come out with great music, but this is GREAT music. All five songs on this EP are solid, “Disconnect This” is an anthem for a Facebook hating person such as myself. “Since You Went Away” has a very cool drum track that drives the entire song. And the guitar work on “Something to Believe In” is stellar. If the important suits in the business aren’t already paying attention to this band they should be now. They always play to great crowds, they have a good following, and they’re just a good band. Go get this now; all five songs are worth the time.
