Eve 6 has announced that they have reunited since going on hiatus in 2004. Two of the band's three original members will return including drummer Tony Fagenson and lead singer Max Collins.  The third member of the original band, guitarist Jon Siebels decined the band's offer to return, as he currently is hard at work with his new band Monsters Are Waiting.  Matt Bair from Band Camp will take over Siebels' duties on guitar.

Fagenson says that the time that he and Collins took off away from music gave them a new found inspiration.

"It gave us a chance to look at our lives objectively, outside of any band context. It was a very liberating feeling for us." Fagenson explained.  "And in that, we found a sincere appreciation for this thing that we're privileged enough to do: create music. It also made us realize that we do in fact enjoy making music together, so why not keep doing it?"

The band has not set a timetable to release their next album, but they say one is definately forthcoming.  In the meantime the band plans to tour and start playing some of the Eve 6 favorites to fans once again.  The band is also scheduled to play a benifit concert for the Donate Life Foundation on October 26th with Alex Band from the Calling and others.
