Four years after the planned release of Nine Day's sophomore effort "So Happily Unsatisfied", the band members have retained the rights to the music and plan to officially release the album with two previously unreleased tracks.

The band has planned to release the follow up to their debut record "The Madding Crowd" but the band was unexpectedly dropped just months before the planned release.  For years Nine Days was fighting to release this record they had worked so hard on, but could not get the rights to the music away from Sony Music.  Now, nearly four years later the band will officially release the album again, this time with two new tracks.  The unreleased tracks are titled "Leelee" and "Dirty Poet".  Both were written, recorded and mixed during the recording process of "So Happily Unsatisfied" but they were never originally planned to officially be released on the album.

The album has found its way to fans hands through bootleg copies, and traded on peer to peer netoworks.  This spring the album will finally, officially be available to everyone.
