Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill was injured in a tour bus accident after the band's recent Boston show. Nathan suffered broken ribs after a "pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short," the band said in a statement.

As a result, the band's August 10 show in Saratoga Springs, NY was postponed "until further notice."

On Sunday, Nathan hit Twitter to thank his fans for the well wishes:

"Thank you for all of the get well soons. I'm a little banged up but will be back better than ever."

The group's next scheduled concert is Wantagh, NY on August 13, along with a slate of 30 dates over the next couple of months. The band also has a Tonight Show appearance scheduled for August 12.
