Jack White's latest album, Lazaretto, has notched the biggest vinyl sales in the U.S. since 1994, according to Nielsen Soundscan, which began tracking the info in 1993. Since its release in June, the LP has shipped 60,000 units, the record set by Pearl Jam's 94 release Vitalogy.

So far the second biggest vinyl release of 2014 has been the Arctic Monkeys' AM with 29,000 units shipped; the biggest selling vinyl album of 2013 was Daft Punk's Random Access Memories, with 49,000 in sales.

Last month, White announced that two new Dead Weather songs will appear on an upcoming Vault Package from his own Third Man Records.

The tunes, entitled "Buzzkill(er)" and "It's Just Too Bad," will arrive on a 7-inch vinyl single in Vault Package #21, which is available only to those who subscribe to Third Man's Vault series.

The new tracks come as Dead Weather are working on a new studio album, which will reportedly arrive sometime in 2015.
