Blur have released Live at the Budokan, a rare recording of their 1995 live performance in Tokyo previously only available in Japan. The LP, taken from the band's Great Escape tour, drops August 11.

The November 8 show was held before 20,000 fans at the famed venue. Previous rockers to record live albums there are Cheap Trick, Bob Dylan and Ozzy Osbourne.

Frank Arkwright remastered the set at Abbey Roads Studios, so it ought to be an upgrade over previous bootleg versions.
