Linkin Park have released an extended behind-the-scenes video trailer for their forthcoming album The Hunting Party. The new clip finds the band in the studio tracking vocals, recording guitar riffs and tracking drums.

"The songs are coming from a more instinctual, more primal place," the band's DJ Joseph Hahn says. "I see a lot of rawness. There's a lot of vocal stuff being done that's coming more from the gut than anything."

"I was thinking, 'Is this too heavy?'" said drummer Rob Bourdon of single "Guilty All the Same." "'Can we be this heavy? Can I play the drums that fast?'"

"It's shocking, its heavy, it's a great way to set t the bar high for the rest of the album," frontman Chester Bennington added about "Guilty All the Same."

The Hunting Party arrives in stores on June 17.
