Wes Scantlin, fronter for Puddle of Mudd, displayed strange behavior while on stage at a Dallas club late last week. According to TMZ, the singer threw his mic into the audience and then began to insult some concert goers.

There was also an exchange of beer throwing, although it is unclear who started it.

Sources say that paramedics were called to tend to an audience member who was struck by the microphone. Scantlin has issued no statement regarding his behavior.

Scantlin had a rough year last year, getting arrested several times over the course of several months. Charges brought against him included vandalism, assault, speeding, theft and failure to pay taxes.
