Weezer have posted a clip of what seems to be the band in the studio working on their tenth LP. The footage sees the group playing a couple new cuts, as it fades the words "in the studio now" appear on the screen.

It was previously announced that Weezer would reunite with producer Ric Ocasek, who produced the group's Green and Blue albums. This May marks the 20th anniversary of the latter album.

Last month the band headed out to sea on a five day Weezer cruise which also featured appearances from Cat Power, Toro y Moi, DIIV, the Cribs and Ash.

Fans who missed the cruise can catch Weez at the 2014 Firefly Festival, which will take place in Dover, Delaware from June 19th to the 22nd.
