U2 have teamed up with Bank of America to release their latest single, "Invisible," during the Super Bowl. In conjunction with the partnership, BOA will donate up to $2 million to the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Following the song's premiere, it will become freely available on iTunes for 24 hours with BOA donating one dollar for every download up to two million downloads.

In a statement, lead man Bono said the collab "will not just deliver millions of dollars but raise consciousness and keep public pressure on putting an end to this devastating pandemic which has already taken the lives of 35 million people.

The presser added that the Gates Foundation, SAP and South Africa's Motsepe mining clan have "matched" the Bank of America's financial commitment "for a total [donation] of $22 million.
