STATIONS, based in New York and fronted by Steven Baggs, is poised to be the next band out of the city to break into the mainstream scene.

“There’s a lot of stuff that’s happening to bands that we’ve been friends with,” said Baggs while talking about some of the great music that’s been coming out lately with Alternative Addiction. “It’s nice to see that there are real bands that are still doing well. A couple of years ago, things weren’t happening that way. It’s refreshing to see that there are pop-rock bands and rock bands that are doing well again.”

The band has released their first single called “Found My Way (streaming below.)  STATIONS will also have some New York shows in February and is working on a release date for their first EP, produced by Tommy Eichmann.

“I think STATIONS is a true collaboration in every sense of the word,” said Baggs. “Everyone in the band comes from such musically diverse backgrounds. In our creative process I come to the table with a melody or a lyric, and everybody else adds something different when we’re working on a song. Then, we bring in Tommy and leave the sonic choices to him. We trust that process.”
