Paramore, known more for their pop-punk sounds, say that their upcoming self-titled has a range of influences fans might find unexpected, including indie rockers Alt-J and Dutch Uncles, as well as soul crooner, Frank Ocean.

Guitarist Taylor York, speaking with In Demand, said he is into "weird" bands:

"I always like the weird bands. There's a band called Dutch Uncles that I was really into and Alt-J was a big one for me and I was listening to that Frank Ocean record a lot. I'm kind of really ADD when it comes to music so I was all over the place, honestly. But those were some highlights."

Last month, the band dropped, "Now," the first single from their forthcoming fourth studio album, which is due April 9.
