Paramore has unveiled details of their upcoming North American tour.  The dates celebrate the release of their hugely anticipated new self-titled album due in stores and online on April 9th.

The Grammy-nominated band will hit the road beginning April 25th in Houston and then visit major markets across the continent through mid-May. Joining them as the opening act will be LA-based, alt-rock group Kitten who has already garnered critical acclaim for their “Cut It Out” EP as well as their dynamic live show, and are currently finishing up their full length debut for Elektra Records.

Pre-sale tickets will be available by invitation only to members of Paramore’s Fan Club and Singles Club, beginning January 28th at 5pm EST, with all remaining tickets then offered to the general public on February 1st.  Additional dates will be announced shortly as well.

Meanwhile, the band will gear up for the long awaited arrival of their new album with an upcoming series of shows in Southeast Asia and Australia, including a leading role on the latter’s annual Soundwave festival tour.  Always a festival favorite, Paramore will also hit the stage at a number of upcoming European extravaganzas, with Germany’s Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park among those already announced for June and beyond.

“PARAMORE” is also available now for pre-order with a variety of options including a limited bundle featuring a deluxe box set (which includes two colored 12” vinyl, a 7” vinyl featuring two exclusive b-sides, an 18”x24” exclusive poster & more), a hoodie, and a photo book highlighting the band’s time in the studio.   All packages include an instant MP3 download of “Now.”
