Corey Taylor, frontman for Stone Sour, is launching his own comic book series, House of Gold & Bones. The series, which takes its name from the forthcoming two part concept album from Stone Sour, was illustrated by Jason Shawn Alexander.

"I've been a die-hard fan of comics, on every level, my entire life. This has been a dream of mine for years now, and this project was tailor made for a comic, no pun intended," says Taylor.

"I couldn't have picked a better company than Dark Horse to make this a reality . . . If we can get this crazy world out of my head and onto the canvas, it'll be the best thing I've ever attempted," he added.

Fans got their chance to grab their copies of House of Gold & Bones at NYC's Comic Con Saturday, October 12.
