Evanescence has no clear plans following the completion of the band's U.K. arena tour that ends in November.

Speaking with NME, singer Amy Lee said she is always tooling around with music but has not been writing songs lately.

"I'm always playing the piano and harp because I like to, but I haven't been purposeful in my playing," she said. "I haven't been sitting down to write."

"I'm thinking we'll take a break first. I'm really not sure what I'll do next. At the end of any really long tour you need to get your head in order. I think at the end of the run we'll go on a break for a while and figure things out," she added.

The band now has four shows left on their current tour: Nottingham Capital FM Arena (November 5), Manchester Arena (6), Birmingham National Indoor Arena (8) and London Wembley Arena (9).
