Billy Corgan has opened up about his upcoming memoir and says it includes personal anecdotes involving Marilyn Manson, Neil Young and Lou Reed. The Smashing Pumpkins rocker opened up on his celebrity hobnobbing while speaking with Australia's Channel Seven.
"I'll put in the slight plug, I'm writing a book that does reveal some of those stories. It's sometimes hard to tell those stories out of context because, during times of drug and drink, there was a lot of crazy stuff that went on. I'll give you a perfect example, I'll give you something that doesn't give anything away," he said.
"I was at Neil Young's house once - a beautiful, incredible house out in Northern California. And he had a teepee, a real, legitimate Native American teepee. So, in the teepee there was myself, Marilyn Manson, Lou Reed, Neil Young, probably like Harvey Keitel or something. You can imagine that round table."
Speaking with Rolling Stone, Corgan revealed that he already has 300 pages written and that the book is titled God is Everywhere, from Here to There.
