Former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic has revealed that he may be considering a collaboration with his former bandmate Dave Grohl. Speaking with Rolling Stone, the rocker/political activist explained what he's been up to musically in recent months.
Novoselic revealed that recently he's been "obsessed" with an accordion given to him by the late Kurt Cobain and he's been cutting his chops on a cover of the Doors classic "Light My Fire."
"I got that whole solo part. My inner [Ray] Manzarek is being channeled," he explained.
When asked about any plans to reconnect with Grohl, he added: "I think there's something cooking - ask Dave."
Novoselic last worked with Grohl on a song for the Foo Fighters most recent release Wasting Light.
