After holding a remix contest, Seether was so impressed with a handful of entries that the band decided to compile and release them as an EP, titled the Remix EP.

The contest originally called for musicians to remix the single "Tonight" from the group's recent studio album Holding On To Strings Better Left To Fray, though remixes of other songs off of the album will appear on the upcoming EP, set to be released on February 7.

The band is currently preparing to play overseas before returning stateside as part of a North American tour with Nickelback, Bush, and My Darkest Days which kicks off in April.

Remix EP tracklist:

01. "Tonight" (Neon Feather Remix)
02. "Country Song" (Elder Jepson Remix)
03. "Tonight" (Polymer Drone Remix)
04. "No Resolution" (Skolnik Remix)
05. "Roses" (Protector Drumstep Remix)
06. "Fur Cue" (Mike Olson Remix)
