Our Lady Peace will follow up their hit single 'All You Did Was Save My Life,' with the track 'The End Is Where We Begin.' and will extend their current tour to promote the new single.
First Listen: 'The End Is Where We Begin' by Our Lady Peace
Our Lady Peace released "Burn Burn," the group's seventh studio album, in late July. The record, which was self-prod uced by singer/co-founder Raine Maida and recorded in his home studio, marks the band's first collection of new material since 2005's "Healthy in Paranoid Times." In their native country, the new set peaked at No. 4 on the Canadian Albums chart, and debuted in the US at No. 41 on The Billboard 200.
"Although it is by far the quickest we've ever recorded a record, we never felt pressure to hurry up," Maida explained in a recent interview with Canadian Musician magazine. "Once we had an idea for a song, we walked in and recorded it immediately. Capturing the idea without hesitation is key and that fueled the record."

Comments:
Not that the first two singles are bad, but they are far from the strongest on what is a pretty decent album. Posted by anonymous on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 4:05:43 PM
