Five For Fighting Plan New Album

Five For Fighting's John Ondrasik announced last week that his band will be releasing their next album entitled Slice on October 13th.  The first single, a song called "Chances," is out now, you can preview the song below:

First Listen: "Chances" by Five For Fighting

The album's title was selected from a number of fan submissions to Ondrasik earlier this year.  According to a post on Ondrasik's twitter page, other titles considered included "Note To Self" and "Shift Change."

Slice is the first studio release from Five For Fighting in three years, and the follow up to 2006's critically acclaimed album "Two Lights"

Spacehog Announces Select Tour Dates

Spacehog will be reuniting to play a select number of tour dates in late September. Marking their first tour in over 8 years, the band is also rumored to be working on a new album. 

 

My Favorite Highway Announce Breakup

In an announcement via the band's website, Virginia based My Favorite Highway announced the band is splitting up. A string of farewell shows is planned for December in the band's hometown.
