Tough economic times might keep some music lovers from catching their favorite band when they're in town, but for fans of Audrye Sessions this may not be the case.  The band is teaming up with Paper Route for the New Deal tour, which kicks off July 6th in Newport, KY and goes through the end of the month.

Fans can submit their tales of financial woe to audryesessionstour@gmail.com.  The band will select the best stories in each city and give away free tickets- as many as the venue permits- to those people.

The idea for this tour struck a chord with the band. "Art thrives during difficult times...Times of economic crisis, political turmoil and social injustice always spark an artistic movement of some sort," said Alicia Campbell, Audrye Sessions' bass player.  "The art of music should always remain accessible, especially in times like these...when it's needed the most."
