Breaking Benjamin have begun working on the follow up to their 2006 hit album, Phobia.  For the new album, the band is again working with longtime producer David Bendeth.  In a post on the band's official website at http://www.shallowbay.com the band wrote:

"It is with much joy, we announce we are finally in the studio working again with the love guru David Bendeth," the post reads.  "The first song in the works is called “I Will Not Bow” and it is coming along nicely."

No release date has been set for the as of yet untitled new album, but in an interview earlier this year lead singer Benjamin Burnley said that he was targeting a late summer/early fall for the release of the new album.

Breaking Benjamin's 2006 album Phobia sold over a million copies, and spawned three hit singles including "Dairy of Jane," "Breathe," and "Until the End."
