Perhaps a sign that the long awaited debut album from Dishwalla front man J.R. Richards is nearing completion is the recent announcement of a title change for the album.  Originally announced to be titled 'Ghost of Sorrow,' Richards tells Alternative Addiction that the title will be renamed to 'A Beautiful End.'

Expected to be released in the early months of 2009, the album was recorded at Henson Studios in LA and RadioStar Studios in Weed, CA, and mixed at RadioStar Studios by the legendary Michael C. Ross (Moulin Rouge, Christina Aguilera).  The album features drummer Kenny Aronoff, guitarists Phil X and Rusty Anderson, and bassist Chris Cheney, and was engineered by Steve Churchyard.  Confirmed track titles for the album include 'A Beautiful End,' 'Ghost of Sorrow,' 'You're The Only Way Home,' 'Clearwater,' Never Forgotten,' and 'June Becomes July.'

JR, Hey there! Am so looking forward to this solo creation. Don't despair because you and rest of Dishwalla have made your mark already. This one then will be loved and treasured as much. If not more. :-) Take care!
