AA Unsigned favorites CAVO announced recently that they signed a deal with Warner Bros/Reprise records.  The band is currently in the studio recording their major label debut with producer David Bendeth (Breaking Benjamin, Paramore, Madina Lake).

"This has been a really long time coming," said the band in a recent newsletter posting.  "We are extremely focused and writing everyday to complete the album. We are expecting to have a release date some time early next year."

CAVO debuted on Alternative Addiction in early 2007 with their song "Gone" which climbed to the top of the Unsigned Top 10 Chart later that year.  Their album, The Painful Art of Letting Go, released later that year also featured the hit "Disappear", which spent several months on the chart as well.  Their 2008 release of Champagne EP, featured the song "Useless" which spent the past month at number one prior to being pulled from the chart due to the news of the band's signing.  CAVO was also featured on The Addiction V.9 compliation released in the spring of 2007.
