The long awaited return of July For Kings is nearing as the band leaked a song entitled "Say It Now" off their upcoming new album.  The song is the band's first since lead singer Joe Hedges announced the bands return in late 2007.

Of the new track, Hedges says that it's sound, much like the new album falls somewhere between his recent solo work and the last July For Kings EP.

"It kind of straddles some ground between Curvature and July For Kings," says Hedges.  "Many of the songs on the record are more straightforward 'Nostalgia-esque' and many of them sound nothing like either record.  This just happens to be one of our favorite songs, and the one that was mixed first."

July For Kings is asking fans to vote for them in the Crocs Battle of the Bands contest, hoping to land an opening slot for a show with One Republic when the play at the University of Cincinnati at the end of April.  You can vote for them at: http://crocsbattleofthebands.com/_univ_cincinnati.php
