In
Mickey's Adventures in
Wonderland, Donald
gets a cuckoo clock for Daisey that
runs haywire. The cuckoo escapes
from it's clock, down a hole and
into Wonderland. It's up to Mickey
and Donald to find the cuckoo before
Daisey's birthday party. With the
help of your child and Mickey's
handy friend Toodles, Mickey and
Donald run into old friends in new
roles and try to find the Cuckoo for
Daisey's present and then their way
back to the clubhouse.
After watching this ten times in the
past two days I have a pretty good
handle on the material... kids love
the show and understandably so.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
is basically Disney's version of
Dora the Explorer
but with better writing and classic
characters. Kids connect with Mickey
Mouse and it's great to have him
teaching them lessons.
On this release is a bonus episode
of Mickey Mouse
Clubhouse as well as
Mickey's Adventures in
Wonderland. There are
three different ways to watch the
movie with your children. You can
watch a straight-forward version of
the show, or you can watch two
different interactive versions
(based on age mostly) where you have
to answer questions about it with
the remote. It's great that this is
finally being incorporated into some
of these DVDs because it teaches
children more that way.
Mickey's Adventures in
Wonderland is now one
of my sons' favorite episodes of
this great show. It helps my family
teach them numbers, colors, and
logic. Adventures in
Wonderland helped with
that and kept them highly
entertained too.
