When a snowstorm snows everybody in at the house of mouse, tons of Disney characters are forced to spend Christmas Eve together. They're all snowed in together at the house of mouse and Donald is being a scrooge and keeping everyone from enjoying themselves on Christmas. Mickey leads the charge to boost Donald's holiday spirits by cutting to classic Disney Christmas tales including Mickey's Christmas Carol and The Nutcracker.

This release and Mickey's Christmas carol are basically the same release. they're a little different because the feature two different cartoons each, but they also share two of the same cartoons. Mickey's Magical Christmas edges Mickey's Christmas Carol on sheer presentation although Mickey's Christmas Carol comes with a collectible litho. Yes it could have been better, "Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas" is an amazing collection of Christmas cartoons that they should make every year but this does the job and it's a good holiday release if you're in need of one.
