Earth on Blu-Ray..
there’s really not much you can say
to put into words how stunning this
film is and how moving this film is
when thought about on the grand
scale of things.
Earth is the
story of… Earth. It takes you around
different parts of our planet and
different areas and shows you some
images that are truly remarkable.
Stuff in the North Pole following
Polar Bear’s and their current peril
with global warming. And it shows
you Africa’s crazy wildlife and
their daily struggle to survive on a
dry continent that becomes a wetland
once a year. This movie is excellent
and some of these shots that these
guys got were truly stunning.
The
film was also narrated by James Earl
Jones’ iconic voice. This film
narrated by any other voice is half
as moving.
On Blu-Ray you get
tremendous sound and picture (of
course) but as with most Disney
releases these days you get a pretty
good packaging. This one includes a
Blu-Ray version of the film and a
DVD version of the film.
Earth is one movie
on Blu-Ray that you have to see at
least once. It looks great, sounds
great, and is highly entertaining. I
will say that the film isn’t as
inspiring on DVD as it is on Blu-Ray,
but really what is these days.
Earth
is awesome.
