Please, can anybody tell me what´s going on with Radford/The Sleepwalkers?
Are they still alive?

Wow that is so weird because I just came on here post about the exact same thing!
So yeah, since I was going to ask the exact same question, I really don't have an answer.
I was just listening to Radford and thinking about this, and how disappointing it is that they just vanished off the face of the earth. I have tried so many different things to figure out what is going on with them, and I've found nothing.
Does ANYONE know? Please help!

I haven't heard anything about them in quite sometime, about a year ago they had a song featured on Smallville, but shortly after that I got word that the band had been dropped from RCA. The lead singer had apparently started a new band called The Sleepwalkers, but I was never able to get in touch with anyone in their management about whether or not they have any new music, a website, anything. I know another signed band/artist did a cover of their song "Fly" but I was never able to find out what band it was, or any information about them. I don't know if you guys already knew that, but that is all the info I have. Hopefully someone out there knows a little more...

I'm going to look into this but I tried once before, and since all of their web sites have been taken down, it's really hard to find any information. But I'll see what I can find out, and if anyone else knows anything, please let us know!

Alright, someone told me that they broke up a while ago, but that Johnny is now a solo artist back in England. She didn't know anything about the Sleepwalkers or any new band he might have. So that is kind of disappointing news. I just wish they would have told their fans some of this.

That´s so bad. Radford is one of my favorite bands.

I do know that a lot of crappy stuff went down with the band right before they were let go from RCA and maybe they just figured that drudging up all the crap with their fans wasn't anything they wanted to do. Just keep listening to your Radford CD and remember the good times.

WOW!!! After months and months of NOTHING, I get this e-mail:
Hi Everyone!
First off, let me say that I have your e-mail address as a result of
you either e-mailing me about the band, Radford, or you had previously
joined the Radford newsletter. Now...on to the update...
Unfortunately, "Radford" has completely broken up and Jonny is now working
on a solo album. It isn't going to be under the name "Jonny Mead," however.
His new "stage name" is: Sleepwalker. Jonny told me that they have had to
have the new CD remixed three times and are going to have it redone
again...poor Jonny. He's really ready for the CD to come out...so, you can
start looking for it, hopefully, later this year. As soon as Jonny gives me
a CD Release date, I'll forward it on to you! According to Jonny, it is
going to be "heavier" than Radford's music and will have more programming on
it.
I will be revamping the currently-non-exisiting website to be a
"Sleepwalker" (aka Jonny Mead) website. I hope to have it up soon! When I
find out the address, I'll be sure to e-mail everyone.
Oh, by the way, please reply to this to let me know whether or not you want
to receive occasional "Sleepwalker" updates. Thanks!

I'll post this in another forum too so no one will miss it.
