If ever there was a band primed for the spotlight its
Adelitas Way. Their high octane rock style is one that
would sound at home on any radio station in America.
Their lyrics are undeniably catchy, with hooks that leave
the listener wanting more, while crushing guitars are
peppered through out all of the band's songs, Adelitas Way
is dripping with potential.
Lead singer Rick Dejesus honed his songwriting craft while
working with one of the best, songwriter/producer
extraordinaire Brian Howes. It hasn't taken long for
the music industry to recognize Dejesus' skills, as the band
inked a deal with Virgin Records in October, after score two
number one songs on the Unsigned Top 10 Chart on Alternative
Addiction.
What's next for Adelitas Way? 2009 brings a lot of
promise for the band, with their major label debut due out
sometime next year, along with the band's first nationwide
tour. If the band's previous work is any indication,
this little known band from Las Vegas with a name that no
one can pronounce will soon become the band everyone is
talking about in 2009. |
