Low Millions
One of our favorite new bands of year, Low Millions debut album hit
stores late this fall, but their first single "Eleanor" was still
strong enough to make it on to chart. A chart they will
undoubtedly be on next year due to their impressive debut album
"Ex-Girlfriends". |

Keane
Another talented band to watch out for in 2005, Keane proved this
year that you don't necessarily need guitars to rock. With two
pianos, drums, and emotional lyrics, Keane is redefining the
alternative genre. Their first single "Somewhere Only We Know"
finishes at number 25 on our chart. |

creativity in the music industry, and this year that someone is

turmoil the band released the song "Forever" off their 2003 release

Butch Walker
What a year its been for Butch Walker. Signing a deal with
Sony Music, a brilliant debut CD, and numerous nationwide tours.
Its only fitting that Walker would land at the top of this list with
his single Mix Tape. After rocking for years with the
Marvelous 3, Walker revealed a whole new range of emotions with this
song, further proving why he is one of the most talented musicians
in the music industry today. |
