Injustice: Gods Among Us

With the last Batman/D.C. game, Warner Music and Water Tower Music released a soundtrack to Batman Arkham City. The collection of music featuring Panic! at the Disco was a solid mix, both unknown and known, and it accompanied the game really well. Now with the new D.C. game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, they’ve put out another soundtrack, and it’s better than their last.

The soundtrack to Injustice: Gods Among Us, features music from Minus the Bear, AWOLNATION, Portugal, The Man, Zeus, and Rise Against. There’s also a large collection of instrumental music (Zeus included) that fits the spirit of the game. Some of it is better than others, but it’s all decent. There’s a rap track from Killer Mike that’s not great, but it’s a nice change of pace and it makes the album a more rounded experience.

The soundtrack to Injustice: Gods Among Us is a nice collection. It’s not for everybody, but music fans will want to go through and buy the tracks they like and fans of the game will want to pick it up to accompany that.
