This marks the sixth time that a song from the band has claimed the No. 1 spot . “Northern Lights” ascended 2 spots from No. 3 on the chart dated February 9. Another song from Thank You for Today, lead single “Gold Rush,” ruled the Adult Alternative Songs airplay chart for eight weeks last year. The other songs from the alternative rock band that were ranked No. 1 on Adult Alternative Songs chart are “Black Sun,” “You Are a Tourist,” “I Will Possess Your Heart” and “Soul Meets Body”.
