Yellowcard is asking their fans to vote for their favorite of over 60 videos that have been sent in from young filmmakers for the band's new single "Breathe: Live". With help from IFILM.com, and HP, Capitol Records asked Yellowcard fans and aspiring filmmakers to send in their own original video for the band's new single. The winner would not only get their video played on TV, but also score $5000. The band received over 60 video submissions, and now they are asking fans to help select which video they should pick.

Yellowcard is also busy planning a tour for the new year, and just recently found out that a Pennsylvania-based band called "Strike Fire Fall" has won the "Sign My Band" contest held by Takeover Records, which not only gives the newly signed band a spot on the Takeover Records roster, but also the opening slot on the upcoming Yellowcard tour.
"People don't realize how many bands there are out there, how many kids there are in garages out there," says Yellowcard guitarist Ben Harper, who owns Takeover Records. "We'd like to think that this contest communicated to those kids."
