Rock duo The Black Keys have announced they will not be performing at the Woodstock 50 festival in August due to a "scheduling conflict."

"Due to a scheduling conflict, The Black Keys will unfortunately need to cancel their set at Woodstock," the band wrote in an official statement posted to Twitter. "The band wants to let fans know as soon as possible and before tickets go on sale."

A replacement band has not been announced as yet.

Other artists in the lineup for the 50th-anniversary of the legendary Woodstock festival include Jay-Z, Chance the Rapper, Imagine Dragons, The Killers, Miley Cyrus and Santana, among others.

The Black Keys, consisting of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney released the single "Lo/Hi," their first new music since their 2014 LP, "Turning Blue" in March.

The duo also announced a 31-date North American tour, which is scheduled to kick off on September 21 at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas.
