Switchfoot Readies 'Oh! Gravity'

Switchfoot has wasted no time in following up their previous release "Nothing Is Sound" as they announced they will release their brand new album "Oh! Gravity" on December 26th, just over a year since their previous realease.


Switchfoot has wasted no time in following up their previous release "Nothing Is Sound" as they announced they will release their brand new album "Oh! Gravity" on December 26th, just over a year since their previous realease.


Barely a year out from the release of its last album, rock act Switchfoot will return Dec. 26 with another new studio set, "Oh! Gravity." First single "Dirty Second Hands" will hit digital retailers on Sept. 19. The album was produced by Tim Palmer, although Steve Lillywhite took the reins for the track "Awakening."


"Oh! Gravity" is the follow-up to "Nothing Is Sound," which was released last September. Other tracks earmarked for the album include "American Dream," "Amateur Lovers," "Faust," "Burn Out Bright" and "Let Your Love."


Switchfoot will unveil new material during its fall North American tour, which begins Oct. 17 in Bakersfield, Calif.
