Los Angeles alternative quintet Grizfolk have released their brand new EP, The Remixes.

Los Angeles alternative quintet Grizfolk have released their brand new EP, The Remixes [Virgin Records], at all digital retailers.

For the five-song collection, the group handpicked the talents of renowned producers such as Max Frost, St. Pepsi, Tyde, and more to re-envision and re-ignite songs from their debut album, Waking Up The Giants. The full tracklisting is below.

The band have a busy summer ahead. They've announced a string of festival performances beginning with Bunbury Music Festival in Cincinnati, OH on June 4.

Grizfolk has been riding high on this year's release of Waking Up The Giants. They performed on CONAN and embarked on a full U.S. tour. Online, "The Struggle" generated over 3.7 million Spotify streams, while "Troublemaker" racked up 1.3 million plays. Paste Magazine named them "The Best of What's Next," while Spin claimed, "On record, Grizfolk's brand of aspirational guitar-driven electro-pop has only gotten tighter and on tour, their loyal fanbase has only grown larger. For Grizfolk, the journey is just beginning."

If they aren't already, Grizfolk are about to become your favorite new band. You might have seen them supporting X Ambassadors, Haim, or Bastille, and they made their television debut last year on the Late Show with David Letterman. They've got a bevy of festivals under their belts including Firefly Music Festival, Hangout Festival, Free Press Summer Festival, Boston Calling Music Festival, Voodoo Music + Experience, and more. In 2014, Grizfolk blasted on to the scene with their debut EP, From the Spark. Tastemaker Jason Bentley of KCRW proclaimed them one of his new favorite bands, and they appeared on "Morning Becomes Eclectic." Spotify pegged them as an "Artist to Watch" in 2014, while they scored placements on MTV's Catfish, Finding Carter, and
Generation Cryo as well as The CW's The Originals and Hart of Dixie. They also penned the end title sequence for the DreamWorks film Mr. Peabody & Sherman.
