Foo Fighters have postponed a string of shows this week due to a family emergency. Thus far, the specific nature of the emergency has not been revealed but the band has rescheduled appearances in Lexington, Kentucky as well as Nashville and Memphis until next spring.
"Foo Fighters regret that tonight's show in Lexington, Ky. at Rupp Arena has had to be rescheduled to May 1 due to a family emergency. All tickets for tonight's show will be honored at the May 1 rescheduled date," the band wrote in an official statement. "The band sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience and looks forward to returning to rock Lexington in May. If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds are available at the point of purchase," they added.
