Barker is understood to have fallen down while getting off a bus. Blink will now remain off the road until April 22-23 shows in Mexico.
"I am seriously bummed that we couldn't play for our fans in Australia, Japan and Hawaii," Barker said in a statement. "It was just a freak accident. But it'll heal and we'll be back."
The drummer's foot is now in a cast and will be evaluated by specialists now that the group has returned to the United States.
The coming weeks will see Blink on a 16-date tour with Cypress Hill and Taking Back Sunday, beginning April 29 in Boise, Idaho. A co-headlining summer trek with No Doubt kicks off June 1 outside Indianapolis
